2. Services
Our main service is creating new-gen designs. We also offer print-on-demand (POD) services. All products are custom-made based on your orders.
3. User Accounts
To access some features of our website, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Orders and Payments
All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and online payment gateways. Orders can be updated when in status as NEW. Once the orders have gone into PROCESSING, they cannot be edited or canceled.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We offer a variety of shipping options based on your customer’s location. Shipping rates and delivery times are available in our Shipping Policy.
Domestic Shipping: Orders within India may/may not be delivered within 2-9 days. If any event/natural disaster/other things may stop the shipping partner from delivering the orders to end customers.
International Shipping: Delivery times and costs for international orders vary by location. You are responsible for any duties or taxes levied on international shipments.
Order Tracking: You will receive tracking details for each order once it is shipped. For India Post/Other courier providers may not update their tracking. In such cases, we only adhere to the shipping partners’ final voice.
Shipping Errors: If there are issues with delivery due to incorrect shipping information, you are responsible for additional shipping charges.
